Spruceholme Inn is located in the centre of Fort Coulonge, in the Pontiac. It is the splendid former home of George Bryson Jr. and his wife Helen Craig, built in 1875.

With Bryson’s Bistro du Bûcheron and the Pontiac Conference Centre, Spruceholme Inn is the perfect location to host a wedding. We can accommodate everything from an intimate wedding, to a large function of up to 400 guests.

Pontiac Conference Centre and Bryson’s Bistro

The newly built Pontiac Conference Centre, with its crystal chandeliers, 16 foot ceilings and beautiful Victorian oak bar, would provide the perfect setting to host your upcoming wedding. The conference centre can accommodate between 100 and 400 people, at rounds of 8 or 10.

Bryson’s Bistro du Bûcheron is our beautiful restaurant which was built out of George Bryson Senior’s 1850 hay barn. The large wood beams and artifacts give a unique, authentically local atmosphere to the restaurant. It can accommodate up to 84 guests.

Spruceholme Inn sits on picturesque grounds, surrounded by century old trees that provide a lovely setting for your special day. Our heritage buildings and garden form the ideal backdrop for beautiful pictures, so you can treasure this moment for a lifetime.

We would be delighted to host your wedding ceremony on-site as well, in the Bistro, Conference Centre, or on our beautiful front lawn.

The rental fee for the Conference Centre is $1000.00 and for the Bistro it is $250.00. The rental fees include the set up, tear down and cleaning of the halls.​
